We are looking for a Business Analyst to support governance, audit, and financial processes within an IT environment. The role is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with IT, Finance, HR, and Procurement teams.

Requirements:
• 5-8 years as a Business Analyst
• IT governance & regulatory frameworks
• Budget cycles & financial tracking
• Risk & audit processes
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Stakeholder management across multiple domains

Duties:
• Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIS2) and IT governance standards
• Support third-party management and compliance (ITM3 controls)
• Contribute to IT continuity and resilience initiatives
• Perform IT risk management:
• Risk identification & assessment
• Mitigation follow-up
• Maintain audit readiness and process documentation
• Monitor budget consumption (actuals vs forecasts)
• Support Mid-Term Planning (MTP)
• Budget preparation, Revisions, Year-end closing
• Act as key contact for financial reporting topics
• Improve governance processes and reporting tools
• Ensure HR data quality and reporting accuracy
• Monitor staffing KPIs
• Produce consistent and actionable reports
• Coordinate with HR, Procurement, and Chapter Leads
